How much is it to paint a condo home?

How much does it cost of painting for Condo in Singapore?

For condo, painting company normally goes by sqft of the house. Condo painting needs to be timed correctly as most condos are very strict on renovation or painting work timing. Painting contractors are only allowed to paint half day on Sat, usually until 1pm and we are not allowed to paint on Sunday. These restrictions do not apply to HDB and Landed property.

Condo below 900 sqft will range from $500 to $1500 and takes around 1 to 4 days.

Condo between 1100 sqft to 1500 sqft range from $750 to $2000 and takes around 1 to 4 days.

Condo between 1500 to 1800 sq ft range from $1000 to $2300 and takes 2 to 5 days.

Condo from 1800+ sqft onwards will start from $1300 onwards and takes 2 to 5 days.

For condo painting, we often get single wall painting request, single room painting request, touch up request, or reinstall to original condition request because there are a number of rental homes out there that needs to be touch up from time to time.

While all these figures are indicative price range, the cost to paint your condo will vary from the paint brand, paint type, condition of house, amount of furniture and the actual amount of work involved.

It is always best to get an accurate quote from us. We provide Free on site quotation however, due to Covid-19, we want to minimise the risk of our employees of getting infected, we go by virtual viewing for now. So you can conference us or send us some photos and videos of your home and we will give you a quote.

To avoid any confusion or overlook in scope of work, it is best you send a few photos of the area, from floor to ceiling, and also ceiling condition.
